Welcome to Academic Affairs at Shepard College of Ministry and Creative Arts! I have the privilege of serving as the Chief Academic Officer of this fine institution, and I am proud to say that Shepard College offers one of the richest learning environments you could find online. The focus here is on the student and on discovery. The ordination, certificate, and undergraduate programs offer an exciting array of fields of study in all four arts areas.  These programs are complemented by a wide range of enriching student experiences such as the 2-week Summer Intensive Program, Internships, and service learning opportunities. Research and creative scholarship abounds, and some of the world’s leading practioners and scholars in the Gospel are found at Shepard College of Ministry and Creative Arts.

Students benefit from research and creative scholarship through direct involvement in projects and through knowing that the latest results find their way into the online classroom. The academic program is backed up by excellent technology resources and an academic support system designed to help students thrive academically.

The faculty, staff, and administration at Shepard College are committed to learning, and that means their own learning as well as that of the students.
